Remove the shower head if possible
Soak it in white vinegar for several hours or overnight
Scrub the nozzles with an old toothbrush
Use a toothpick or pin to clear clogged holes
Rinse thoroughly with warm water
Reattach the shower head
Run hot water through it for a few minutes
Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth
Repeat regularly to prevent buildup
