Remove loose beard hair from the brush
Tap the brush bristles against a sink or trash can
Use a comb or pick to lift out trapped hair
Fill a bowl with warm water and a small amount of mild soap
Dip only the bristles into the soapy water
Gently scrub the bristles with an old toothbrush
Rinse the bristles with clean warm water
Shake out excess water
Pat the brush dry with a towel
Let the brush air-dry bristles facing down or on its side
Clean the brush regularly to prevent buildup
