Turn off the computer and unplug the keyboard
Remove loose debris by shaking the keyboard gently
Use compressed air to blow out dust and crumbs
Wipe the keys and surface with a microfiber cloth
Dampen the cloth lightly with isopropyl alcohol
Clean between the keys with a cotton swab
Remove keycaps only if the keyboard supports it
Clean keycaps separately with mild soap and water
Dry all parts completely before reassembling
Reconnect the keyboard after it is fully dry
