Unplug the earphones and turn them off if they are wireless

Remove silicone or foam ear tips if possible

Wipe the outer surfaces with a soft, dry microfiber cloth

Use a dry, soft-bristled brush to remove dust and debris from grilles and crevices

Use a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol to clean stubborn dirt on hard surfaces

Avoid getting any liquid into speaker openings, charging ports, or seams

Clean ear tips separately with mild soap and warm water if they are removable and non-foam

Let all parts dry completely before reassembling or using them

Clean the charging case with a dry cloth and a lightly dampened swab if needed

Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive materials
