Use a non-abrasive sponge to scrub stuck-on grease
Clean burner ports with a soft brush or toothpick
Rinse and dry all removable parts thoroughly
Clean around knobs with a damp cloth and mild soap
Reassemble the stove once everything is completely dry
Check that burner caps and grates are seated properly
Wipe the stove regularly to prevent buildup
