Park the car in shade and let the glass cool
Gather glass cleaner, microfiber towels, and a clean dry cloth
Lower the windows slightly for better access
Spray cleaner onto a microfiber towel, not directly on the windshield
Wipe the inside glass in overlapping strokes
Use vertical strokes on one pass and horizontal strokes on the next
Clean the top corners and edges with a wrapped towel or detailing tool
Replace dirty towels as needed
Buff the glass with a dry microfiber towel
Check for streaks from different angles
Repeat on any remaining spots or haze
