Shut down your MacBook and unplug all cables
Disconnect any external devices
Hold your MacBook at a 75-degree angle
Use compressed air in short bursts across the keyboard
Rotate the MacBook and repeat from different angles
Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to wipe the keys
Lightly dampen the cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol if needed
Clean around the key edges gently
Use a soft brush to remove debris from between keys
Avoid spraying liquid directly onto the keyboard
Avoid using bleach, aerosol cleaners, or abrasive materials
Let the keyboard dry completely before turning the MacBook back on
