Fill a microwave-safe bowl with 1 cup of water and 2 to 3 tablespoons of white vinegar
Place the bowl in the microwave
Heat on high for 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture steams
Leave the door closed for 2 to 5 minutes to let the steam loosen grime
Carefully remove the bowl using oven mitts
Wipe the interior with a soft cloth or sponge
Clean the turntable and microwave plate separately with warm soapy water
Wipe the door, handle, and control panel with a damp cloth
Dry all surfaces with a clean towel
Repeat if needed for stubborn stains or odors
