Turn off the monitor and unplug it
Let the screen cool down
Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth
Gently wipe the screen in light strokes
For stubborn spots, slightly dampen the microfiber cloth with distilled water
Wipe the affected area gently
Dry the screen with a clean microfiber cloth
Clean the bezel and back with a dry microfiber cloth
Avoid spraying liquid directly on the monitor
Avoid paper towels, tissues, and rough cloths
Avoid ammonia, alcohol, acetone, and abrasive cleaners
Avoid pressing hard on the screen
Let the monitor fully dry before turning it back on
