Empty the bin into a trash can
Wipe the bin with a dry or slightly damp cloth
Remove the filter
Tap the filter gently to remove loose dust
Wash the filter with cold water if the model allows it
Rinse until the water runs clear
Let the filter air-dry completely for at least 24 hours
Check the brush bar for hair and debris
Cut away tangled hair with scissors
Remove debris from the brush bar and cleaner head
Wipe the wand, hose, and attachments with a dry cloth
Check the cyclone and airways for blockages
Clear any clogs carefully
Reassemble all parts
Make sure everything is fully dry before use
Clean the vacuum regularly to maintain performance
