Disassemble the grinder
Tap out loose plant material
Use a small brush or toothbrush to remove residue
Freeze the grinder for 15 to 30 minutes if buildup is sticky
Scrape off hardened residue with a small tool or toothpick
Soak metal parts in isopropyl alcohol
Avoid soaking plastic or painted parts in alcohol
Scrub the parts with a brush or cotton swab
Rinse metal parts with warm water
Wash all parts with mild soap and warm water
Dry all parts completely
Reassemble the grinder
Clean it regularly to prevent buildup
