Remove the laces and insoles
Brush off loose dirt with a soft brush
Mix warm water with a small amount of mild detergent
Dip a soft cloth or toothbrush into the solution
Gently scrub the canvas in small circles
Clean the soles with the same solution
Wipe away soap with a damp clean cloth
Repeat on stubborn stains if needed
Sprinkle baking soda on stains for extra cleaning
Let the trainers air dry naturally
Stuff them with paper towels to help keep their shape
Reinsert clean laces and insoles when fully dry
