Remove the laces and insoles
Brush off loose dirt with a soft brush or dry cloth
Mix warm water with a small amount of mild detergent
Dip a soft brush or toothbrush into the solution
Gently scrub the mesh in small circular motions
Wipe away soap with a clean damp cloth
Clean the laces separately in soapy water
Wash the insoles by hand if needed
Rinse any remaining soap with a damp cloth
Stuff the shoes with paper towels to help them keep shape
Air dry at room temperature
Avoid direct sunlight and high heat
Repeat if stains remain
