Swirl the brush on your palm or a cleaning mat to work up a lather
Rinse until the water runs clear
Gently squeeze out excess water with a clean towel
Reshape the bristles
Lay the brushes flat to air-dry with the bristles hanging over the edge of a counter
Clean brushes regularly to prevent buildup and bacteria
Avoid soaking brushes or drying them upright with water in the handle
