Open the Settings app

Tap Clear History and Website Data
Tap Clear History and Data to confirm
To clear Chrome history, open the Chrome app
Tap the three dots menu
Tap History
Tap Clear Browsing Data
Select the data you want to remove
Tap Clear Browsing Data
To clear Firefox history, open the Firefox app
Tap the menu button
Tap History
Tap Clear Recent History
Select the time range and data
Tap Clear History
