Turn off the Xbox Series X
Unplug the power cable from the console
Wait at least 2 minutes
Press and hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds
Plug the power cable back in
Turn the console back on
If needed, clear Blu-ray persistent storage
Go to Settings
Select Devices & connections
Select Blu-ray
Select Persistent storage
Select Clear persistent storage
If needed, perform a full power cycle from the power menu
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Power options
Select Restart now
