Turn the ignition to ON without starting the engine
Press the odometer/trip button until the trip display shows Trip A
Turn the ignition OFF
Press and hold the odometer/trip button
While holding the button, turn the ignition to ON
Keep holding until the maintenance light resets and the dash shows zeros or the light turns off
Release the button
Turn the ignition OFF, then start the car to confirm the light is cleared
