Open Spotify
Go to the Now Playing screen
Tap the Queue icon
Tap Clear Queue
Confirm if prompted
On desktop, open Spotify
Click the Queue icon
Select Clear Queue
On web player, open Spotify
Open the Queue
Remove tracks manually if Clear Queue is unavailable
