Go to the Loans section
Select your personal loan account
Check the outstanding closure amount
Pay the full foreclosure or pre-closure amount online if the option is available
Download the closure request or loan statement if needed
Raise a service request for loan closure through NetBanking or the app
Visit the nearest HDFC Bank branch if online closure is not available
Submit a written closure request and required documents if asked
Collect the loan closure confirmation and no-dues certificate after processing
Verify that the loan account is marked closed in your statement or app
