Log in to ICICI Bank Internet Banking or iMobile Pay
Go to the service request or account closure section
Select the account you want to close
Fill in the account closure request form
Submit the request online
Download or note the request/reference number
Clear all pending dues, charges, and linked obligations
Remove or transfer any linked services such as debit card, standing instructions, SIPs, ECS, or auto-debits
Ensure the account balance is zero if required
Wait for ICICI Bank to verify and process the request
Follow any additional instructions from ICICI Bank if they ask for branch visit or document submission
Check for confirmation of account closure through SMS, email, or app notification
