Import the video into iMovie
Trim unnecessary parts
Export the video at a lower resolution
Use a third-party video compressor app
Install a trusted compression app from the App Store
Import the video into the app
Select a smaller file size or lower quality setting
Convert the video to a lower resolution
Change the video format if the app allows it
Crop the video to reduce file size
Shorten the video length
Delete duplicate or unnecessary clips
Turn off HDR recording for future videos
Go to Settings
Tap Camera
Tap Record Video
Choose a lower resolution or frame rate
Use AirDrop or cloud services only when needed
Compress the video on a computer using video editing software
Transfer the video to a Mac or PC
Export it with lower resolution or bitrate
