Open the Settings app
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Review the list of active and expired subscriptions
Tap the subscription you want to remove
Tap Cancel Subscription if it is active
Confirm the cancellation if prompted
If the subscription is already inactive or expired, no deletion option is available
Remove the related app from your iPhone if you no longer want it
Repeat for any other subscriptions you want to cancel
