Capitalize only the first word of the title, the first word of the subtitle, and proper nouns.
Italicize the title of the textbook and the edition information if included.
Use the year of publication in parentheses after the author name.
List authors in the order they appear on the title page.
Use an ampersand before the last author name in the reference list.
If there is no author, begin with the title of the textbook.
