Open the Phone app
Tap Recent Calls to check call history
Open the Contacts app and search for the number
Check Messages for the number in old conversations
Open Mail and search for the number in email signatures or receipts
Check WhatsApp, Telegram, or other messaging apps for saved chats
Open Settings
Tap your Apple ID
Tap iCloud
Check whether Contacts is turned on
Restore contacts from iCloud.com if they were synced there
Go to iCloud.com on a browser
Sign in with your Apple ID
Open Data Recovery or Contacts if available
Restore an older contacts archive if present
Check Google Contacts if your iPhone syncs with Gmail
Open the Contacts app on another synced device
Check SIM card contacts if they were stored on the SIM
Restore from an iPhone backup using iCloud or Finder
Use a third-party data recovery tool if no backup exists
Contact your carrier for call logs if needed
