You cannot view the actual saved email password on an iPhone
You can view or manage saved account details in Settings
Go to Settings
Tap Passwords
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode
Search for the email account or mail provider
Tap the saved account entry to view the saved username and related details
If the password is not shown, use the account’s website or app to reset it
Go to Settings
Tap Mail
Tap Accounts
Select the email account
Re-enter the password if prompted
If needed, remove and re-add the email account after resetting the password
Check the email provider’s password reset page if you no longer know the password
Update the password in Settings after resetting it
