Power off the Pixhawk and remove the propellers
Identify the FlySky receiver output type
Use a receiver with PPM or iBUS output for easiest connection
Connect receiver signal to Pixhawk RC input
Connect receiver ground to Pixhawk ground
Connect receiver power to Pixhawk 5V output only if the receiver supports 5V from Pixhawk
If using PPM, connect PPM signal wire to the Pixhawk RCIN signal pin
If using iBUS, connect iBUS signal wire to a Pixhawk UART RX pin
If using PWM individual channel outputs, connect each channel to a separate Pixhawk input only if your setup supports it
Set the receiver mode to PPM or iBUS if required by the FlySky receiver
Bind the FlySky transmitter to the receiver
Connect Pixhawk to Mission Planner or QGroundControl
Calibrate the radio in the ground control software
Verify channel movement in the radio calibration screen
Set flight mode switch and failsafe settings
Save the configuration
Recheck all wiring before powering the system with props removed
Power on the transmitter first, then the receiver, then the Pixhawk
Confirm that the receiver status and channel inputs are detected correctly
