Plug the gaming mouse into a USB port on your Mac
If the mouse uses a USB receiver, insert the receiver into the Mac
If the mouse is Bluetooth, turn it on and put it in pairing mode
Open System Settings on your Mac
Click Bluetooth
Select the mouse from the list of available devices
Click Connect
Install any required mouse software from the manufacturer if needed
Open the software and customize buttons, DPI, and lighting if desired
Test the mouse movement and buttons
If the mouse is not detected, try a different USB port or restart the Mac
