Turn on your JBL headphones
Put the headphones in pairing mode
Open Bluetooth settings on your laptop
Turn on Bluetooth on the laptop
Click Add device or Pair new device
Select your JBL headphones from the list
Confirm pairing if prompted
Wait until the connection is complete
Set the JBL headphones as the default audio output if needed
