Open the Facebook app or website and log in
Go to your profile page
Click or tap your current profile picture
Select Update profile picture or Edit profile picture
Choose a photo from your device or upload a new one
Adjust the photo position and size if needed
Click or tap Save or Done
Set the audience if prompted
Wait for the profile picture to update
