Open a trusted Facebook video downloader website or app
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Click Download or Start
Choose the video quality if options are available
Save the video to your device
If the video is your own, open Facebook and go to your profile or page
Find the video in your posts or videos section
Open the three-dot menu
Select Download video if the option is available
Make sure you have permission to download and use the video
