Install the Meta Quest Link app on your PC
Sign in with your Meta account
Connect the Quest 3 to your PC with a compatible USB-C cable for wired Link
Or connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network for Air Link
Put on the Quest 3 headset
Open Quick Settings
Select Quest Link or Air Link
Enable Air Link if using wireless
Choose your PC from the available devices
Confirm the pairing code if prompted
Launch the PC VR app or game from the Link interface
