Try a different high-quality USB-C cable

Check that the cable supports data, not just charging

Open the Meta Quest Link app on the PC

Sign out of the Meta Quest Link app and sign back in

Update the Meta Quest Link app

Update the Quest 3 headset software

Update the PC graphics drivers

Update Windows

Disable and re-enable Air Link

Turn off VPN software

Close background apps that may interfere

Disable USB power saving in Windows

Reinstall the Meta Quest Link app

Repair the Meta Quest Link app

Run the Meta Quest Link app as administrator

Set the correct default OpenXR runtime in the Meta Quest Link app

Check that the PC meets Link requirements

Confirm the headset is allowed to access data when prompted

Try a different user account on the PC

Reset the Link connection settings in the headset

Factory reset the headset only if other steps fail
