Turn on Mobile Hotspot on the first phone
Set a hotspot name and password if needed
On the second phone, open Wi-Fi settings
Turn on Wi-Fi on the second phone
Select the hotspot name from the list
Enter the hotspot password
Tap Connect
Wait for the connection to complete
Check the Wi-Fi icon or hotspot connection status on the second phone
