Turn on your PS4 controller
Charge the controller using a USB cable if needed
Connect the controller to your device using a USB cable
Wait for the device to recognize the controller
If prompted, allow permissions or install any driver updates
To use wirelessly, disconnect the USB cable
Put the controller into pairing mode by holding the Share button and the PS button until the light bar flashes
On your device, open Bluetooth settings
Select “Wireless Controller” (or “DUALSHOCK 4”) from the list of available devices
Click Pair/Connect
If the controller does not connect, remove the device from Bluetooth and pair again
To confirm connection, open a game or controller settings screen to test inputs
