Install the Meta Quest Link app on your PC
Sign in with your Meta account
Connect the Quest 3 to your PC with a compatible USB-C cable for wired Link
Put on the headset and accept the USB data access prompt if shown
Open Quick Settings on the headset
Select Quest Link
Choose your PC from the available devices
For wireless connection, connect both the PC and Quest 3 to the same Wi-Fi network
Open the Meta Quest Link app on the PC
Enable Air Link in the PC app settings
On the headset, open Quick Settings
Select Quest Link
Turn on Air Link
Select your PC and pair if prompted
Launch PC VR games from the Meta Quest Link app or SteamVR
If using SteamVR, install Steam and SteamVR on the PC
Keep the headset and PC updated to the latest software versions
