Put the Fire Stick and remote in pairing mode
Insert fresh batteries into the remote
Turn on the TV and Fire Stick
Hold the Home button on the remote for 10 seconds
Wait for the pairing confirmation on screen
If it does not pair, unplug the Fire Stick for 10 seconds and plug it back in
Hold the Home button again for 10 seconds
If needed, use the Fire TV app on your phone as a temporary remote
Go to Settings
Select Controllers and Bluetooth Devices
Select Amazon Fire TV Remotes
Select Add New Remote
Press and hold the Home button on the remote until it connects
If still not working, replace the batteries and try again
Move closer to the Fire Stick and try pairing again
