Plug the TP-Link WiFi extender into a power outlet near your router
Wait until the power LED becomes stable
Press the WPS button on your router
Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on the extender
Wait until the extender’s WiFi or signal LED becomes stable
Move the extender to a location between your router and the weak WiFi area
Plug it in again and wait for it to reconnect
Connect your phone, laptop, or tablet to the extender’s network name
If WPS is not available, connect to the extender’s default WiFi network
Open a web browser and go to the extender setup page
Log in with the default credentials on the extender label or manual
Select your home WiFi network
Enter your WiFi password
Save the settings and wait for the extender to restart
Reconnect your devices to the extended network
Check the signal lights and adjust the extender’s placement if needed
