Turn on the Xbox 360 console
Turn on the controller by pressing the Xbox Guide button
Press the Connect button on the Xbox 360 console
Press and hold the Connect button on the controller
Wait for the lights on the controller and console to stop flashing
Repeat the process for additional controllers
