Turn on the TV
Insert fresh batteries into the Xfinity remote
Press and hold the Setup button until the LED changes from red to green
Press the TV button
Enter the TV manufacturer code using the number buttons
Wait for the LED to blink twice
Press the Power button on the remote to test the TV
If the TV turns off, press the TV button to save the code
If the TV does not respond, repeat the steps with a different code
Use the Xfinity remote setup instructions or code search if needed
Test the Volume and Input buttons after pairing
If your remote has no Setup button, press and hold the Xfinity and Mute buttons until the light changes, then follow the on-screen pairing steps
