You cannot convert a 4G SIM to a 5G SIM physically
Use your existing Jio 4G SIM in a 5G phone
Ensure your Jio number is active
Check that your phone supports Jio 5G
Update your phone software to the latest version
Enable 5G in your phone network settings
Keep VoLTE enabled on your device
Go to the MyJio app and check 5G eligibility
Select a Jio 5G plan if required
Stay in a Jio True 5G coverage area
Restart your phone after changing network settings
Visit a Jio Store if your SIM is damaged or not working
Replace the SIM only if Jio asks for a SIM swap due to network or device issues
