Install the HEIF Image Extensions from the Microsoft Store
Open the HEIC file in the Photos app
Click the three-dot menu
Select Save as
Choose JPG as the file format
Save the converted file
Use Paint to open the HEIC file after installing HEIF support
Click File
Select Save as
Choose JPEG picture
Save the file
Use an online HEIC to JPG converter
Upload the HEIC file
Download the converted JPG file
Use File Explorer with a supported app to open and convert the file
Use Adobe Photoshop or another image editor that supports HEIC
Open the HEIC file
Choose Export or Save As
Select JPG format
Save the image
Use a batch converter app if converting multiple HEIC files
Drag and drop the HEIC files into the converter
Select JPG as the output format
Start the conversion process
