Open the Photos app
Select the image you want to convert
Tap the Share button
Scroll down and tap Print
On the Print preview screen, pinch out on the image to open it as a PDF
Tap the Share button again
Choose Save to Files or another app
Select a location and tap Save
To convert multiple images, select several photos first, then repeat the same steps
