Open the Photos app on your iPhone
Select the photo you want to convert
Tap the Share button
Choose Save to Files
Open the Files app
Locate the saved photo
If the photo is HEIC, use a shortcut or app to convert it to JPG
Use a third-party converter app from the App Store if needed
Export or save the converted file as JPG
Transfer the JPG to your computer or desired location
