How To Cook A Raw Ham?

Preheat the oven to 325°F

Place the raw ham cut side down in a roasting pan

Score the surface of the ham if desired

Cover the ham loosely with foil

Bake until the internal temperature reaches 145°F

Baste the ham occasionally if desired

Remove the foil during the last 20 to 30 minutes for browning

Let the ham rest for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing

Slice and serve
