Preheat the oven to 300°F to 325°F
Pat the boneless pork ribs dry
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and any preferred spices
Place the ribs in a baking dish or on a lined sheet pan
Add a small amount of liquid if desired, such as broth, water, or barbecue sauce
Cover tightly with foil
Bake for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, until tender
Remove the foil
Brush with barbecue sauce if using
Increase oven temperature to 400°F to 425°F or broil briefly
Cook until the sauce is caramelized
Rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving
Check that the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F
Slice or serve as desired
