Preheat the oven to 350°F
Remove the brie from any plastic packaging
Place the brie in an oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Score the top rind lightly with a knife if desired
Add toppings if desired, such as honey, jam, nuts, or herbs
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes
Remove when the brie is soft and slightly puffed
Let it rest for 5 minutes
Serve warm with bread, crackers, or fruit
