Fill a container with water and attach a sous vide circulator
Set the desired cooking temperature
Season the food and place it in a vacuum-sealed or zip-top bag
Remove as much air as possible from the bag
Submerge the bag in the water bath
Cook until the food reaches the desired doneness
Remove the bag from the water bath
Take the food out of the bag and pat it dry
Sear, grill, or finish the food if desired
Serve immediately
