Slice bell peppers and onions
Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat
Add oil to the pan
Cook steak in a single layer for 2 to 4 minutes per side
Remove steak and let it rest
Cook peppers and onions until tender and slightly charred
Return steak to the pan and toss with vegetables
Warm tortillas
