Preheat the oven to 425°F
Mix 2 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl
Add 3/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons oil
Stir until a dough forms
Knead the dough for 2 to 3 minutes
Divide the dough into small pieces
Roll each piece into a thin flat circle
Place the circles on a baking sheet
Prick each piece with a fork
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes
Remove from the oven when lightly browned
Cool before serving
