Rinse the frozen shrimp under cold water for 1 to 2 minutes
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil or butter
Add the shrimp in a single layer
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side
Flip the shrimp
Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes until pink and opaque
Remove from heat immediately
Season as desired
Serve hot
